Our clients are our number one priority and should they require a specific member of staff we ensure that this is what they receive, whether this may be a gender preference or simply a clash of personalities we will always provide our customers with a new cleaner if this is what they wish for. Most of our clients do have a trial run with their initial cleaner and they will only be made permanent to that home address, office or communal area, once the client says so.
Our cleaners will be prepared to work in numerous conditions from an occasional spring clean to tidying up after builders visit to ensure that they are able to enhance their work, this may even include simple tedious tasks like removing labels from new items around the property. They travel all around London, the M25 and surrounding Counties to meet their customers’ demands. We provide very unique specialist services including carpet cleaning and the very popular service of a deep clean, particularly at the end of a tenancy both for tenants and the estate agent. We are flexible enough to attend weekly, monthly and fortnightly to provide a satisfactory service to all parties.
